We deliver, we collect and we wash up!

Delivery & collection.

You are welcome to collect from us in Wincanton, Somerset or we will  deliver directly to your venue. We charge 5op per mile each way for delivery & collection.

Who washes up?

We will be happy to wash up for you. We charge 20% of the total hire cost for washing up. All our vintage crockery are washed by hand to prevent any  damage.

What if we break something?

 A 50% refundable damage deposit of your total hire  is required at the  time that you confirm your hire order. This is paid separately by cheque or BACS and is refunded at the end of the hire period on the safe return of all the items hired from Elsie Florence.

 How long is the hire period?

The hire period is for 72 hours. If you would like a longer hire than this please let us know and we will be happy to quote for you.
