I love design. New ideas and window displays. At Christmas I have to go to London to look at Liberty’s & Selfridges window displays, its a compulsion.
This week I was offered a shop window to dress down the road from us here in the up and coming town of Bruton. An empty space in a lovely old casino games building with the original window, bliss. I love all things vintage as you know but I also love white, colour and modern design. I wanted the window to reflect our collection of vintage china. That it is not all rose floral’s and the darling buds of May, that 50’s is a trend, graphic stripe is a look to harness, mix it with soft muted pink, lots of glass and stark white and a hint of topsy turvyness.
